Who: Eric Landram

What: Lead Pastor

Where: Grew up in Waynesboro, VA in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Originally a member of the Staunton Church of the Brethren in Staunton, VA.

Education: Eric is a graduate of Bridgewater College (Class of 2006) in Bridgewater, VA. There he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He graduated from Bethany Theological Seminary in May 2015. Bethany is the denominational seminary for the Church of the Brethren located in Richmond, IN.

Background: After college, Eric worked for the state of Virginia serving those in his community with severe mental illness by leading groups, assisting with treatment plans, and planning for discharge back into the community. He has also worked and served with the Salem Church of the Brethren (Englewood, OH) and the Bridgewater Church of the Brethren (Bridgewater, VA). During his time at Bethany, Eric served as a member of the Student Leadership Team for three years. He was also the Student Chapel Coordinator during his final year as well as the Teaching Assistant for the worship and preaching classes. Eric also participated in planning the Presidential Forum, a yearly event hosted at the seminary. Eric has provided leadership and planning for events such as Roundtable (Keynote Speaker 2014),  and National Junior High Conference (Planning Committee 2015).

Involvement: Worship planning, preaching, teaching; equipping and empowering those seeking the movement and will of God in our world.

Family: Eric and his wife, Heather, live in Lititz. Heather works for a nearby Head Start program. They both enjoy good music, being with friends and family, and Wilbur buds. 



WHO: Kirsten Crosby Blose

WHAT: Director of Children's Ministries

WHERE: Grew up in the heart of Lititz until 5th grade, when her family moved all the way to Neffsville.  Kirsten graduated from Manheim Township High School.

BACKGROUND: Kirsten has worked in Birth-Three Early Intervention since 2004.  She travels the county to evaluate children ages 0-3 to determine eligibility for the Early Intervention Program.  Kirsten also works closely with the Lancaster County Coaching Workgroup which works to empower Early Intervention providers and families.  Kirsten is passionate about Infant Mental Health and enjoys presenting at trainings when the opportunity presents itself.

INVOLVEMENT: SummerKidz Alive, Wednesday Nights Alive, Children's Ministry Team, Toddler Gym, Safe Church Administrator

FAMILY: Kirsten and her husband, Matt, live right outside of the city in Manheim Township. They have 2 awesome sons.

OUTSIDE INTERESTS: Spending time with family, connecting with friends, rail-trail biking, kayaking, social justice issues, live music, and reading.

WHO: Jeff Keller

WHAT: Director of Youth Ministries

WHERE: Grew up in Ephrata, PA

EDUCATION: Grove City College (degree in Christian Thought and Christian Ministries, minor in Philosophy)

BACKGROUND: Jeff served as an intern for youth ministries at the East Cocalico Church of the Brethren.  He also served as the Director of Youth Ministries and the Director of Christian Education at the First Presbyterian Church in Eustis, Florida during their interim period.

INVOLVEMENT: Coordinating the junior and senior high youth programs, teaching, mission trips

FAMILY: Jeff and his wife Adrianna have a son, Jeffrey, and a daughter, Riley.

OUTSIDE INTERESTS: Drawing, painting, music, camping, hiking, bicycling

WHO: Scott Bacon

WHAT: Director of Music Ministry

EDUCATION: Degree in Music Education from Elizabethtown College, Masters in Higher Education from Drexel University

BACKGROUND: Scott has directed the adult choir at Lititz CoB since 2004.  Before moving to Lititz, he served as interim Choir Director at the First Presbyterian Church in Towanda, PA.  He is also an Assistant Teaching Professor of Music at Drexel University.

FAMILY: Scott and his wife Tammy live in Lititz with their son Matthew and daughter Sarah.

WHO: Ken Trovinger

WHAT: Director of Worship Ministries

DUCATION: Degree in Music Education from Westminster College

BACKGROUND: Before coming to the Lititz congregation in 2004, Ken served as the Director of Music for New             Holland United Methodist Church from 1993-2001.

INVOLVEMENT: Ken leads the Praise & Worship Team at Lititz CoB.  He has been serving in music ministry since 1994 as a song writer, arranger, and singer with various performing groups and has also recorded two CDs.

FAMILY: Ken and his wife Tonia live in Lititz with their three young daughters.

WHO: John Huber

WHAT: Organist

BACKGROUND: John studied organ under Carl Schroeder and received the Service Playing Certification from the American Guild of Organists.  He also has an Associate of Arts degree from Hesston College where he studied under Shirley King.  John has been organist at Lititz CoB since January 1999.

INVOLVEMENT: Lancaster Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, Real Estate Investors of Lancaster (John manages Huber's Villa Apartments in Neffsville)

FAMILY: John and his wife Lisa live north of Lancaster.  They have four sons and a daughter.

OUTSIDE INTERESTS: Biking, hiking, reading, almost any kind of puzzle.

WHO: Rebecca Achenbach

WHAT: Bell Choir Director

BACKGROUND: Rebecca’s career as a teacher and performer has taken her across the US and Europe and Australia.  She has taught music at all academic levels from grade school through college and has served diverse       Christian denominations and community music associations.

INVOLVEMENT:  professional conductor, vocal instructor, classroom teacher, and mezzo soloist.
